On August 8th, a technological feast gathering numerous innovative projects – the 14th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Dandong City Competition of Liaoning Province) and the 5th Dandong Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Finals – was grandly held. This competition was jointly hosted by the Dandong Science and Technology Bureau, the Office of the Communist Party of Dandong City’s Talent Work Leading Group, and 10 other units. The Dandong Science and Technology Innovation Development Service Center was the organizer. 45 enterprises from multiple cutting-edge fields such as high-end equipment manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, new-generation information technology, biomedicine, and new energy vehicles actively registered. After rigorous registration review, professional pre-sports training, and intense preliminary selection, only 20 projects successfully advanced to the finals. The competition’s intensity was evident.
The finals adopted the “8-minute presentation + 5-minute defense + 1-minute scoring” evaluation model. An authoritative judging panel composed of experts in investment and financing in the province, scholars in the field of science and technology, and representatives of well-known enterprises strictly evaluated the participating projects based on multiple dimensions such as technology and products, business model and implementation plan, industry and market, team strength, and financial analysis, ensuring the selection of truly innovative, market-potential, and promising high-quality projects.
DDTOP Group, innovation strength creates brilliance
The magnetic pump monitoring system participating in this competition is the crystallization of DDTOP Group ‘s innovation research. This system focuses on the key pain points in the industrial fluid transportation field and uses advanced multi-sensor fusion technology to conduct all-round and real-time precise monitoring of the operation status of magnetic pumps. By accurately capturing key parameters such as vibration intensity of magnetic pumps, temperature of isolation sleeves, pressure of isolation sleeves, and axial displacement of pump shafts, and through in-depth analysis using expert experience models and AI machine learning algorithms, it can identify potential faults such as bearing wear, coupling, internal/external magnetic rotor imbalance and misalignment, and issue warnings to greatly reduce equipment downtime risks, providing a solid guarantee for the safety production and efficient operation of enterprises. Moreover, DDTOP Group has obtained several patent achievements related to this system, such as the “Magnetic Pump Internal Magnetic Rotor Offset Monitoring Device” patent. Through a unique structural design, it realizes real-time monitoring and precise control of the offset situation of the main shaft system of magnetic pumps, effectively preventing friction between the inner magnetic rotor and the inner wall of the isolation sleeve and avoiding safety accidents.

In this competition, DDTOP Group’s magnetic pump monitoring system stood out among many excellent projects and won the second prize in the growth group. Along with it, projects such as “Innovative and Research of High-End Electronic Control Differential Lock in New-Type Vehicle Bridges” in the start-up group and “‘Small Poplar Bark, Great Medical Art’ – Industrialization and Internationalization Expansion of Full Medicine Compound Guji Granules Based on Microfluidic Chip Quality Control Technology” in the growth group also won awards. They demonstrated outstanding innovation capabilities and development potential in their respective fields.
